3 stars: I hardly ever write reviews but after the latest update the app seems to have picked up a few bugs as it worked perfectly fine before. I am now unable to share my eta with anyone now and there seems to be a lot of database errors. Please fix. I love this app. Thank You
3 stars: Definitely enjoyed the discounted fares and app is easy to use. Estimated wait times are massively inaccurate though, a driver who was 10 mins away was indicated in the app as being 2 mins away. Uber is much better in this respect and has more options e.g. pool. Ultimately though, for me, it comes down to cost, if Bolt is the cheapest I'll use it, otherwise I'll probably stick with Uber.
3 stars: I love Bolt, but can you please do a little more improvements on the app? When I request a driver and it shows they're busy, make an option available where I can be placed in a queue, then just alert the driver there is another ride in queue after they finished their current one - this would make requesting a driver a whole lot easier.
4 stars: Please update the app to have an option of multiple destinations. If i want to take a detour that is less than 5 minutes, before my final destination, that should be an option. Or if two people are from the same place but with different final destinations.
5 stars: This is the best App ever I enjoy using it a lot. I just wish it could show or allow the user to choose which route to take by the time the user is requesting. But other than that it ...
