3 stars: Credit card details are outdated, but I cannot update them in the Uber Eats app. Also cannot add a new card using the same card number so I can't place an order. Have exactly the same problem in the web page. Surely, Uber, this is important to get right. Turns out I can update CC details on the Uber app. I get to eat after all, but would have been quicker to drive there myself! I hate it when technology makes life harder.
3 stars: the UI is great and also information is displayed very clearly. also, the offers are applied automatically which is great, but the problem is in the location setting. it is absolutely broken, you cannot set the location on a map, and it always puts the dot in the wrong place and you have to explain the directions to the delivery guy. so that needs to be fixed. please fix the location option because otherwise its unusable.
3 stars: A little expensive with all the fees, but can be worth it. Also, there seems to be a lot of issues with the server and I have to clear my cart and re-add things several times before it works. And usually not from the restaurant I originally wanted. Amazing help department though. Every issue I've ever had with an order has been resolved quickly.
3 stars: Not bad, but only the best because of how few rivals it has. I have others I'm beginning to prefer as the in-app map the drivers use (apparently rather than google maps) consistently sends drivers to the wrong place for my address, despite double-check...
