5 stars: A lifesaver for loud office spaces and restless nights. I use the soundscapes during the day to help stay focus on my work and not to be overwhelmed by the noise in my open concept office, and I use the sleep stories at night. I have not been able to make it through a sleep story yet, I fall asleep within 10-20 minutes (that doesn't happen without the sleep story).

4 stars: Love this app. It has so much to explore. I suffer from anxiety and wanted to start meditating again. I downloaded the free trial and found the anxiety focused meditations very helpful to start my day. Just wish I could pay for 1 full year instead of reoccurring payments once the trial is over. That's the dealbreaker for me purchasing to unlock the app. There's a lot of good mindfulness stuff in this app. I reccomend checking it all out!
