3 stars: My experience wasn't so bad on this app until starting a couple days ago when I took a ride and the app just completely froze up on me for 5 minutes. The same thing happened earlier today when i had a ride in my car and Lyft's GPS kept freezing up on me that i ended up going the wrong way. This needs to be fixed because I don't want to be an inconvenience to the customers I get.
3 stars: Super buggy. Doesn't allow me to see the popular areas. Has timed out during, before, and after rides. I've literally lost monetary opportunities because of the app malfunctioning. Edit: still having some issues, but they are less frequent.
5 stars: It is great as far as time flexibility. But I wish it was somebody I could call and talk to About some confusion. Like my license plate on my vehicle is a temporary from California the vehicle didn't come with the license plate dealership give me temporary and that's on the vehicle. I am waiting for DMV to send me the standard won.
3 stars: The app could be better. I had the app lockup on me couple times where it hung on the drop off of the passenger. There seems to be connection issues at times. As for being a driver the pay incentive is not quite there after paying for fuel and car maintenance.
3 stars: Overall, i think its ok when the app works. But like today the servers being down or lack of connection makes me lose trust and not knowing when it'll be good again. Just frustrating.
