5 stars: Used it most recently for installing a TV antenna. Trying to pick up stations 74 miles away. Used a location TV station map to determine distance and compass direction. Pointed the antenna using the compas, went in and turned on the tv only to find it was dead on and I can receive 36 digital channels. I can't beat that. Great product with a very high degree of accuracy.
3 stars: After looking for a great compass app, this has been the best so far. Excellent design and easy to recalibrate if the phone gets out of whack, ensuring its accuracy. However, there is no way to remove the ads...I would pay money and give 5 stars for this ability. Come on, man.
4 stars: Works well but calibration is a pain, and doesnt always go as planned. But aside from the app delivers what it promises when properly calibrated. Is it because i am in the southern hemisphere that calibration is difficult? many navigation apps are Northern-centric with features that dont work well below the Equator, or near the IDL.
5 stars: Good compass app. Easy to use and seems to be pretty accurate. I've used it for everything from hiking to setting my TV antenna to the right azimuth. Displays magnetic and true north. Needle is sensitive but dampens quickly. Easy to read.
