3 stars: To the app. Developers well done,,,, To the public that use the app. Please make realistic offers for rides,most offers are a joke and don't even cover the fuel costs.
3 stars: Please add card payment option to in driver as this will encourage more usage. Withdrawing cash isn't always easy or safe especially at night. Otherwise your app is good it needs a message button so we can communicate with drivers like your competitors apps.
5 stars: Excellent service. This app rocks! Much better than the uber and bolt I've been using daily for 3 years now. Here Both parties have a say in pricing so both are happy.
3 stars: My 2nd experience was good but drivers have a tendency of accepting trips then cancel which is soo disappointing at the end of the day because you might be trying to recommend the app to friends then you'll end up not having any driver accepting your offer, sometimes you offer your fare with just a 2 rand less difference from Bolt.
4 stars: This is a good app to use ,with its 2in 1 selection i love it.But would you plesae launch it in the garden route areas from mossel bay to Port Elizabeth/just nationalize it so that where ever you go you can drive there .Thank you
