4 stars: A good app but I wish I can also use it with my HRV sensor such as the Inner Balance one... Also, the app is often very slow especially in the main screen
5 stars: I have used the Happify app as well as website for several years and really like the variety of tracks offered, even for free. if you do pay, I feel the quality of the upgrade is worth the cost for the expanded selection a d access. It strikes the right balance of serving both populations and as someone who has used both at different times, I appreciate that.
