5 stars: The only thing i DON'T love about this app is that they don't list land lease amounts for condos with the other calculated monthly expenses. It's awesome that they estimate your payment, insurance, and taxes, and HOAs, but I have had to dig to find out which condos are built on leased land that you get charged for additionally
4 stars: Great app! I took a star off because I keep getting notifications for properties that don't fill my requirements (not enough beds/baths, too small lot, exceeds my budget, etc...) and I keep trying to change them but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
4 stars: The app works pretty well. The mapping and commute functions are very handy. The crime overlay is unique, it seems to blanket entire areas of farm land as crime riddled, but what do I know. Overall it does its job well as far as my needs go.
5 stars: Good details easy to navigate. I like how the map adjust to include all houses and I don't have to do a specific zip code or city search.
5 stars: I check here daily! And I love the new listings everything is clear and between here and Zillow I always have a habit of coming here to REALLY look at some properties. Love this app.
