4 stars: I have been happy with the service and options they provide. The Support team has been really responsive and helpful. But the only issue I have is the points reward amount. Reward points so small but to redeem is so big. I hope they can revert back to the old points reward system in a way and I'll be happy to use grab more and give the extra star. Good job to the grab team.
5 stars: Have been using the app since its launch. Glad that it has expanded its services to include GrabFood which has become one of my favourite features. Not forgetting to mention that GrabHitch is definitely a great bridge for non-commercial drivers to defray costs of owning a car and riders who like to save some $$ on rides.
5 stars: Very good for all-around service, competitive price, continuous promotional offers. App-wise it has exceptional UX, very easy to use and offers one-click option for frequently used trip. The shortcut to work/home on grabbike is also very handy (esp when the internet/gps is working slowly).
