5 stars: I have been using TeamViewer (TV) daily for about 5 years. Like others, I was flagged for commercial usage but was able to successfully work through the reinstatement process. For my needs this has been a great program for helping others administer their devices and for watching over a couple of laptop home servers.
3 stars: Ok, so to get this to work to help my mother with her new phone and get it setup, requires you download all sorts of separate apps. This is untenable. I had to keep sending her to the Play Store (that she barely understands as it is) to keep collecting things. Why isn't this a single package?
4 stars: Great app, I enjoy it's functionality with Windows. I'd like to suggest a few things on the FTP function. When transferring files, turn it into a background process (in case someone gets a call/text and has to leave the app). Another feature should be to create empty folders on both ends. 4 stars: While it has its problems some times (mainly quality of video) it's easy to use , and saved my but more time then I could count . Forgetting a file, be a document for work or a save game file and being able to retrieve it, or just load a program you wanted running while away from home. The last part I do a lot with the Android client.
