5 stars: I was able to recieve a note for massage therapy in literally seconds over chat- very impressed with this service. It would be great to see Maple offer a discount for post secondary students, as this is a very underserved population (who often dont have family doctors) and a huge market
5 stars: The. Best. Thank you for saving me hours of waiting at the walk-in clinic. I have a compromised immune system because of a medication i'm on, so using the Maple app probably prevented me from catching a cold or something in the waiting room.
5 stars: I've done two consultations on Maple and the doctors here are great! They take the time to answer your questions and provide the right treatment plans unique to your needs. Got my prescriptions from the doctors and sent them to the pharmacy next to my office for a quick pickup. Highly recommend for anyone who does not want to wait hours in a walkin/emergency room.
5 stars: wasnt able to get in to see my GP and asked for some time off, after speaking with the doctor, they gave me more information where to look as well as being able to issue a doctors note . only waited 5 minutes. thank you so much
4 stars: Paid for nothing was unable to connect with the doctor, and when I was , he was already gone. I would love to have had a prescription. however I did got my money back so i change review from 1 to 4 starts
