4 stars: Great app. One feedback though. When I am on the homepage, and click on a product, and press back to come to the homepage again, the page refreshes and I am taken to the top of the page. It becomes annoying at times to find the position where you were browsing. I should be taken to the same position on the page so I can continue browsing products from there on.
3 stars: Following should be resolved: 1. I use XXL display text size. Sometimes texts are not completely visible. 2. Screen moves left \u0026 right. This makes browsing difficult. 3. I need to read old chat messages to confirm some information but it keeps showing \
5 stars: I've had experience with other shopping sites where the package when delivered, turned out to be something else than what i ordered for. Has never happened with Amazon so far to me. The range of products \u0026 updation is impressive. The package tracking and alerts are very helpful. Most of the things i look for.. Amazon has it. I love this app..
4 stars: Service is very satisfactory but coming to the app, the search results are becoming worst day by day. When u have a search suggestion, the results should be filtered based on it. Even after giving the filtered search(like casual men shoes) we need to filter it again using drop down right from the beginning. Being a developer I can say this is worst developing where no proper logic has been used for the search results. Thank you.
