3 stars: This service is difficult to use for landlords. there's no desktop-based way to post your rentals, no automatic verification process, and while it automatically posts your unit on other sites (like zumper), you can't manage your property on those other sites. this service doesn't offer anything new that countless other rental sites already offer. That said, its a stable app and it did give us some leads.
4 stars: Good searching tool with some pet peeves: sometimes places say \

4 stars: Works fine, but I want two things: first, email me a record of my messages to landlords or keep a copy in the app. Second, warn me that the app sends a generic default message with 1 click. I expected to be able to customize the message.
4 stars: Very useful though the data that's aggregated isn't always guaranteed to be up to date
3 stars: pricing on main page is often lower than price on active listing. feels bait and switch.
5 stars: This has made finding an apartment so easy. If you don't find a place on first search, just keep checking everyday and you will. Apartment hunting made easy.
5 stars: I have been able to locate many places that I was unable to find on other sites and quite fast as well.
3 stars: Needs a near MTA/Transit option. it's my #1 priority and it's lacking in the app.
5 stars: Plus: Took 9 days to find good tenants. Got about 40 leads. Need to improve: Took about 24 hours ...
