4 stars: I recently bought a Samsung which runs od Samsung Experience version 9.5. i am not able to find Amazon app in running applications while switching between apps. It's quite frustrating that I have to go through the complete process of opening the app. Is this a known issue? kindly fix. However my Overall experience with Amazon is very satisfying. I am happy with the Products and services offered. Thank you!
5 stars: very good app, i use it a lot. but it misses a very essential feature where i can send gifts to another address without the bill . Right now, what happens is if i order a gift wrap and message with the product ordered, the bill too reaches the recipient of the gift with the gift. Can you please incorporate a feature where the gift can be sent without the bill?

4 stars: Great shopping experience, although there are some things that need improvements for beginners filter selection should be made easy. like, select all the filters u need and then apply them. rather then select one wait till it gets applied automatically. it is bothersome when you have to make multiple selections. and there are more.. but not enough space here..
