3 stars: It used to work. Call quality is no longer good? Im appreciative of free service but it's not as good as it was?
4 stars: I use Fongo when I was in Mexico, it worked good. But I had tried some other calls, it took longer time, and some calls needed call again.

3 stars: Great app, however, the phone quality is crapy. We have 100mb fiber and still the phone line quality is not great. Viber and Skype are better in this regard. If Fongo would be more reliable then I would switch the landlines in a spot. Also getting hold of anybody is not simple.

5 stars: for the most part it is really great just sometimes my calls fail or are not very clear. Texting is great and the amount of money that we save is amazing!

3 stars: cannot delete individual text msg. incoming call quality is not good. the app doesn't turn screen off automatically during a call, causing the face to touch the dial pad.
