4 stars: app was great when it worked. hasnt worked since late February. thought it was my new phone however others have same issue. Called provider and they are receiving my data via modem so at least my insurance company gets what they need. i would now love to be able to see my own data. wrote to support twice. ***update**** connected via modem to provider and connected to my account. Works now. dont need to Bluetooth anymore.*
3 stars: could be a lot better, if the reports would actually put in your name that you registered with on the compliance reports so that when you try to use it for compliance forse a DOT physical the doctor actually knows it's your report he's looking at. also the ability to change your original email address that you sign in with. I have to remember a email address that I haven't used in three years so I can use it to sign into the program.
4 stars: wiuld give a lower score but not available. originally I could not connect to the internet so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, the result was it could not connect to the dream mapper. I uninstalled, reinstalled with the same results. If the medical supplier can not remedy this issue they will have to replace my machine with a Resmed device which I know works.
