3 stars: Why should I pay an extra R25 when the driver is the one who was at the wrong location, for I don't know what reason and then ended up canceling!!! I wasn't the one at fault. Totally sucks!
5 stars: Good. some time Drivers not willing to come certain places and also not cancelling request. So we are supposed to pay fine amount to uber (not even travelling). We can't reach customer care immiditly and to tell our queries. That is main draw back.
5 stars: very easy to use and make it easier to visit any destination. it's times and commitments is very much attractive for us and we don't call any other app or agency. use excessively Uber.
3 stars: most of the time there is some problem related to wait time issues. wait time is always much more than whatever it has shown. Drivers may cancel ride at anytime and had to pay cancellation charges without any fault.
5 stars: Nice app design however in the lite version I don't see the option for Pre-booking a ride which is very important for the Airport drops.. Kindly make this option available in Lite version too!! 4 stars for the same reason. 1st edit: Apart from this drawback this app is very reliable and Uber service is without a doubt best in the city (very professional drivers) .. Giving you one more star so you got 5 stars from me.
