4 stars: It's a great game but the customer support team is terrible. They don't know what they are doing and give unprofessional answers to every problem. Everybody complains. I have been trying to reach the devs to report huge performance issues on Android but the customer support team refuses to recognise such problems. The devs of this game are certainly talented, they created an amazing game, but the customer support needs to improve.
4 stars: Well support actually start to listen again and solve issues. My recall botton stopped working after latest update, but have now been fixed with a update after a few days of waiting time.
5 stars: Great game, make it affordable more often.Fix the early times out on the shields (Bubbles) I'm tired of getting hit because of that glitch. I spend money for a good and honest game experience. I had an alarm set the last two times prior to bubble expiration and still had it drop early.
