5 stars: Amazing. Received all products all time and almost all were up to the mark. Of course you can't get everything on plates every time. I too got some products damaged but they have good and reliable return policy. My few products were too not delivered home, I had to pick them. But ya 95% of them were what I really ordered. I don't have any complaints and if I have any they surely solve them. So overall SATISFIED 😊
5 stars: I m happy to see product rates as compared to market price. sometimes quality is not that good. But overall v get lots of variety n choices. Delivery of items are always before time or on time.
4 stars: its an amazing app to buy daily house hold or even once in a lifetime type item. starting from hairpin to a fridge and what not available. reasonable price. can wait for the regular festive discounts where things are three fourth original price. subscription available for daily household items and best part is home delivery. wont say have faced problems but 90% items have been delivered in time.
3 stars: The product prices are quite low as compared to other shopping sites. but the most big issue is it has very slow delivery. in other sites like flipkart the products reaches before the expected date but in amazon the product reaches after the expected date. I'm very much unsatisfied with this.
