5 stars: Zumper is a great app for anyone who like to get as much info as possible prior to viewing. I especially live the floorplan feature, it truly helps other than just viewing pictures because you can efficiently see the layout \u0026 square footage! Zumper is an excellent app to use when looking for your new residence!
4 stars: So far its helping me a little more to find a place. I just wish you didnt have to pay everytime you apply somewhere. At this point ive only used it 2 days and i have had to companies respond quicker than on my own.
4 stars: so far the app seems great. I don't know how well it is connected to the companies and people that rent the homes and as of yet haven't been contacted by anyone I requested info from. For that reason, I gave it 4 stars.
4 stars: I just installed the App. I seen Zumper on several listings and decided to install the App. So far I've enjoyed it and it's easy to use.
3 stars: excellent at finding places to look into. ot sure if it's the app or some sort of disconnect. when trying to contact properties issues getting responses.
4 stars: takes a long time to hear back from property mgmt. but there is a varity of apts for all incomes. the apt im crazey about will most likly be gone when they answer my call!
