4 stars: hey 13cabs I've just noticed that when i put in for the taxi to come at a later time it says now when searching for a cab shouldn't it say the time that it was booked in for??? because it saying now instead of the time i booked made me think it was booking it to come right away so i cancelled it as u wanted it for a set time hope you can fix this thanks

3 stars: app had incorrect info on when taxi was going to arrive said 11minutes when taxi was outside. Twice in last 2 days network dropped out

3 stars: if you live in units it will not accept your unit number ...this courses confusion to the traveller if the driver know where you live
