4 stars: Recently my game has been crashing over and over again after 30 seconds or so of me entering my singleplayer. Is it because I'm in the redwoods? Please tell me how to resolve this. (Big fan of this game by the way)

5 stars: it's a great game but I'm having trouble with getting my primal pass god mode. I got a new phone and I'm using the same account. and it not letting me and I don't feel like paying for it again can you fix this.
