4 stars: Everything good. When I sharing link to the customers, its prompting to scan the QR code, this is highly annoying to the customers. Its should go into the chat window, once they click the shared link, instead of promoting to the QR code. And, I expect the stickers which is available in regular whatsapp. Hopefully whatsapp may consider all the above mentioned.
3 stars: I need to disable / auto reject audio and video calls as its a business app some people are annoying they keep calling again and again but as they are customers i can't block them. We should be able to use such important option so that they want be able to disturb.
3 stars: It was so great, but lately my messages always got deleted, next day. Please help, what happened? My two others WA are fine, but my WA my business is so frustating. Every messages i sent or i received will be disappeared the following day. I already back up chats with email weekly, but still always got deleted my messages. Please help
