5 stars: Liked utter, this is much more powerful but needs time and effort to figure out how to make it do exactly what you want. Now pushes you to use Google TTS not sure why. My old favourite TTS still works for me! Could do with better help for settings - eg: the work-arounds for Google voice recognition issues (not specific to Saiy) are important and make things much better but you have to know where to look and what to do etc... All said it's excellent and rapidly improving. By the way, I also have Automate and Saiy links readily to it, so I can voice command just about anything Android allows, even if Saiy can't do exactly what I want - mostly it does!

5 stars: Saiy supports Google's offline voice recognition and is very customizable. You can use it solely offline and for the non-privacy invading features (of course there is support for various online services and using it while being connected [hence sending your utterances to Google's servers for its enhanced online voice recognition, Saiy does or is at least intended to support more recognizers]). You can use many of its functions without giving it network access. As of yet really a good continuation of utter!
