5 stars: I appreciate the valuable references/citations provided as well as the empiric and allergy options. I would love to see recommended​ duration for each diagnosis or considerations in de-escalation and discontinuation.
3 stars: Excellent content, Poor design The favorites section is the only way to organize desired material, but even with that, there's no option to sort favorites; defaults on being sorted by the date added to the list. It's a pain to find what you're looking for despite adding it on to a favorite list. Furthermore, anything you favorite is on the same list, whether it's an antibiotic, a pathogen or diagnosis. Better off just searching again.
5 stars: This has been an invaluable quick access resource when I need it. I had to contact them when I got a new phone to get it switched over to my new device. They not only responded immediately but they also had it completed before they got back to me so I had no downtime without my much needed resource. Thanks!
