5 stars: First time using, intuitive and informative. Not sure about arrival time yet, I guess it's quite impossible since our traffic is unpredictable all the time. But I don't mind that. Finding me routes and buses is awesome enough. Thanks for making this app!
4 stars: Kinda clunky app in regards to user interface, but has very useful and accurate information about the HK buses, times, and routes.

5 stars: This apps provide easy use info for bus near by or routes. I love it.
3 stars: From 5 stars goes to 3 stars. For example, search became virtually useless, because there are many places with the same name, but the place is shown on the map only after you choose it, and then you have to start again. Instead of the neat list of lines suitable for the route, you have only 2-3 numbers seen on the screen each with three lines of text (that can fit in one line), and then there is a disclaimer and the ad for 15-20% of the screen. Gradually switching to alternative apps. Not to mention that KMB added estimated arrival time for all lines long time ago.
