2 stars: Uber apk download - The app it self is good, the drivers are usually good. However the customer service people are not good. They do not read your actual complaint usually, they usually send a canned response rather than reading the complaint and doing some work. Since you can only do it through Email or app you can't call someone and a have a conversation and you get different people each time when you could respond to it so you have to repeat yourself over and over again

5 stars: - I'm not sure what all the reviews are about.... I am a rider and a driver. Both have been amazing. Uber charges HALF of what a taxi does. LYFT is a must avoid! They charge your card extra, days after your ride. LYFT drivers are even worse. Stick to Uber! To answer some questions. The surge pricing is to encourage drivers to move to that area to cut the surge down. Uber has done an amazing job. Drivers in Colorado usually will reach you within 5 minutes or less generally. There are some bad drivers but there is more good drivers that truly care about their riders. So stick with it! If you had a bad experience, I ask you give it another shot! Customer service is not wonderful, but they are working on it. For those that think uber makes alot of money. They spend every penny to get more drivers on the road. As of 2017, they are losing money from expanding so quickly from what I have heard. I'm sure when they are able to stop expanding. They will focus more on the little details.
