5 stars: Cloud sync between devices is kind of slow, but it syncs with 5 different Android devices anyway. Still using Nexus 6p and few older devices. The built in VPN is worth the cost. If my phone takes a dump, I always have my full account backup to restore from. It's automatic. 2TB of storage anywhere on any computer. Some things don't work when the VPN is on. Must have when using public Wi-Fi
4 stars: I bought a 100gig storage, and it worked fine until I was asked to renew. I've renewed my monthly subscription, and it still showing that I have low storage that I can't back up my photos 😡 Uptate: The storage I bought is now reflecting in my Google photos. It took almost 72 hours, but it's now working. The issue is now resolved, Thank youuuu.
3 stars: It is very confusing. I have never had any issues with my pictures, videos, files and else until now that I have been warned to download Google 1 or I will not send or receive any emails if I do not do this. I lost almost half of all my pictures when I transfer to this new feature.
2 stars: The backup feature is great, and user friendly. It's easy to find, easy to use. The restore feature? I can't say anything about it because I can't find it. The restore option on the app should be as noticeable as the backup feature. There are many third party apps that are set up this way, but this app is not. This app COULD be great, but again-the restore option is no where to be found...
