5 stars: This is a great app for Islamabad, Pakistan. Most drivers have shifted to this app which means you can find a ride even in the remotest of the area late at night. The fare is convenient. The app layout needs some improvement. Since it lags at times when selecting a ride. Also, whenever a driver sends you a ride request, the app makes a loud ping, and even after putting the phone on silent, the ping remains.
5 stars: Love how quickly the riders are available and very convenient to choose from the trip rates to the driver's option available there. Very efficient for Kathmandu valley especially during peak hour. (2wheeeler best option if you are travelling alone without any luggage) Keep up the good updates to make the app alive and don't let the app go down very essential and must have an app while you are travelling in Kathmandu.
4 stars: The UX is clean. The UI is smooth. I've not faced any hanging problems yet. Also, I can negotiate the price with the driver with ease. The suggested price helps in negotiating my ride price. If there were any discount coupons in between then it would be much better.
4 stars: InDrive needs to educate 'through in-app message' its customers to not force for overspeeding, triple seating on the bike, off-road driving on rough tracks, specially courier services on sawari options(add a button for both sides so driver and ride change the status of the booking).
