5 stars: Normally, this app works. Now I'm having trouble accessing folders on Drive. Drive is also not listed along with all the other apps in app management, so I can't even clear the cache. Update: an hour after posting a one star review, I was contacted by Google. The problem was quickly fixed, Drive works great now once again.
4 stars: Still a Good App, but Needs Improvement. I've been a Google One subscriber for years, for extra storage. Recently I have an important file, which since April (now September) is spinning with the progress wheel, and the message
4 stars: I like that I have access to all my previous files and can make ongoing changes as well as share with friends. I think that making text changes from mobile is a bit challenging and I also do not find it the easiest to download photos when shared with friends as I have to download each individual one instead of all at once.
3 stars: Drive stopped working. When I tap the icon to launch it, it gives this message: 'Sorry! Drive has stopped unexpectedly. Report this issue to help us determine what went wrong.' I cleared cache and restarted the android phone, but no luck. Update: Thanks to Google Drive response team. Following their guidance, I uninstalled the update and now it is working.
