5 stars: Grateful that my last minute airline tickets were half the price than earlier this month. And, I am satisfied with this service because everything, so far is going smoothly as I hoped for. My only suggestion is that the App needs to be more simplified/more user friendly. I'm glad it was sent to my email, because the text & app notifications were not working properly. Thank you
5 stars: I used this app for the first time of my life to buy multiple air tickets worth 5000usd and every journey went successfully. I was able to have very affordable change fees and varieties of add-ons at very little fees. This is the best app i have ever used. It has easy and good ticket policies. 24/7 customer service. Multiple payment methods.
4 stars: they sure do upsell but so far the few flights Ive organized through them worked pretty well. for the most part they have the same price as directly purchasing from the airline but occasionally they have some cross airline deals that you just can't find anywhere else. for example I saved $288 on a one-way ticket from the USA to Thailand
4 stars: Good and user friendly app. However sometimes it is not as self intuitive as you would like when it comes to third party links. I started to use it more lately and I also added my Railcard on it so good to be able to keep more things together
