4 stars: Definitely enjoying the app for the convenience of meals. Especially when I travel to different states and don't want to leave the room. Although, I wish they held the vendors more accountable for the lack of options available, out of stock or missing from orders. Too often the order is not what you'd get if you went into the establishment. We should have the same service and options as if we were at the location ordering in person.
4 stars: I wish you guys had more coupons or good deals, as much as I order from you guys! I really have to admit, their customer service is really quite good lately. 9/21 I'm taking one star off for a little while, sometimes you guys don't make it right. And you guys really need more coupons or good deals!! Especially for you're really good clientele! And bring back the reorder option!!
3 stars: As others have said, it's unfortunately the best app out there but still not ideal. Prices are overinflated compared to ordering by phone or through the restaurant's website. And you're always hearing about the drivers being treated poorly and weird tipping pokicies so that's not great either. Best to deal with the restaurant directly, even if it means picking up yourself.
3 stars: On a $50 order, the fees and such elevate it to a $60 order, before you even factor in your tip. Then you have to tip the driver. Menus are often confusing and different on the app vs. in the restaurants. The app itself is fine from a technical standpoint, ...
