4 stars: Great organized app that keeps everything in order. The only problem I have is when it gives out directions. It doesn't help the driver adjust to several ways to get to a barbershop. It only give you one way to get the barber, limiting you from other serval possibilities of getting to the barbershop.
5 stars: Great app for booking, but I am really missing an option to filter reviews by service, or stylist/hairdresser. Many times at one salon they have multiple services available and even though they could be great with nails they may not be the best with eyebrows etc. This filtering option would make this app even better!
5 stars: Really good app, but... It's a really great app to make appointments for my barbershop, but I think boosky could make this app better: calendar integration, in the sense where, I give Booksy access to my callendar, and then it only proposes to me time where my barber and I are available. Instead of only showing time when my barber is available
4 stars: Handy for making and changing appointments. Never had a technical issue, very reliable. Only stopped from getting 5 stars because notifications of upcoming appointments use American system of dates - mm/DD/yy. Needs option to change to another format, eg. dd/mm/yy to avoid confusion.
4 stars: Booking is very easy and I like the remainders. I wish there was a setting to record what you asked for as your cut - remembering grades/fades etc is something that I often struggle with ...
