4 stars: $200!!!! I thought I was signing up for 16/month but instead they took $200 for the full year. I tried contacting them about this and got no reply back. No option to cancel membership within the year. Also regarding the app, music doesn't line up with the notes. Very annoying. EDIT: after reading another review about how they where able to get a refund, I contacted the company again and they refunded me right away.
5 stars: Best way to learn! fun and addictive. Never had a piano lesson in my life before and I'm learning so much, so fast, and so easily. One thing to know though--get a midi cable and an adapter like they suggest to connect your phone to your keyboard! Without that, the note detection would fail to pick out some of the notes when I played chords sometimes. Now, with my phone plugged into the keyboard, note detection is perfect!
5 stars: edit: thanks for helping me. it's now fixed and it's great. previous:the notes of the songs are not in sync with the beat or the singer. it's manageable on slow songs but as soon as there is more notes and faster tempo. you cannot rely on your knowledge of the song to play the notes because they are off.
