4 stars: It has its bugs, but is amazing overall. Wide variety of music which I love. My current issue is that the music will stop playing when the screen is off. I have adjusted various settings to avoid this. The only solution is to delete the app and then re-install, however, it happens again just a few weeks later. Frustrating to be paying monthly for something that doesn't work properly half the time.
3 stars: I like the app, it is probably the best way to listen to music. One thing that is annoying is that one or twice every month, my downloads delete themselves. This may not sound that bad but I have over 100 podcast episodes downloaded and there is no mass download button for podcast, so I must click download on every single episode. I'm still not sure what causes the app to just delete my downloads but it's very infuriating.
3 stars: I have constant issues with Spotify and connections. It take multiple tries to open the app, I've tried updating it, uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times and still the issues continue. It happens when I'm on high-speed wifi connection, its really frustrating. I pay for a premium account and I've been asking myself, what am I really paying for.
