5 stars: easy to use app with amazing service!!! much better than its competitors in both cost and efficiency!
4 stars: I use this app quite often and the service has been great. It's only short one star because of language, it is primarily in Chinese and for myself who only knows about a hundred characters, it makes navigating difficult sometimes. That being said they are always trying to improve their app so my rating will likely go full five stars in the future.
3 stars: Used to use this app but after trying to use it after the last update on my Moto Edge Plus it no longer works. 15 seconds in, the app restarts or just crashes. This service isn't bad but most delivery drivers don't seem to speak English which can be a bit tricky if there is an issue with my delivery.
4 stars: The customer service function in the app is lagging. Sent 10 msg and they only got 3. But the customer service team they are really supoortive and efficient. Firsr time user discount is not as good as other foody apps, other than this. Not a bad one. wish they have more English content
4 stars: I love this app for the convenience for English users. I do miss the map that would show the updated status of drivers. UI improvements are a welcome.
3 stars: They recently made tipping mandatory, which is fine but the delivery drivers always end up doing a terrible job now since the tipping is already included and customer service only gives you a coupon
