4 stars: The app itself is great and we make use of GrabFood often. I just wish restaurants were required to display the ingredients or at the very least, common allergens, in their menus. There's been instances that some of my family weren't able to eat the food they ordered because they had no idea it contained certain fruits, etc.
5 stars: This is the best app in my experience. Many foods outlets, but need to add more. The app could run on slow connection, the driver is good, they followed instructions properly. I don't have to wait for food. I only order, then driver put the food at fence. I just picked up. Smooth. They don't ask the map or waiting for me to pick up. That was helpful. That's what i liked and grabmart obviously.
5 stars: Grab Food and Express is now available in our area! So far, so good. App was hard to navigate at first but I'm getting the hang of it now. Tracking is real-time. Long distance merchants are a nice feature, it set them to an advantage from their rival apps. Ordered a few times already, and only once a rider canceled an order, I hope rider attitude is good here because I had no complaints on the other apps with regards to riders.
