4 stars: I really like this app and I always give 5 stars but now I'm facing problems!! My daraz wallet keep cutting cash I almost lost Rs300 and I've complained about it to your helpline many times but they never respond!! Also your delivery charges unnecessarily exceed when we order from different stores! You should work on that too!!
5 stars: Very impressed with the progress they have made in customer care department. I had a huge issue with my order, they went out of their way and took a loss of upwards of 5k to make my experience better and make their customer happy and satisfied. I have been a regular customer ever since that interaction.
3 stars: One thing is very disappointing, that if I am ordering something and item price is higher than the amount available in my wallet then remaining amount should be payable through cash on delivery, but this option is not available. Si, please to facilitate and make customers and ease for customer this option must be added.
5 stars: Mostly Excellent. Convenient. Only recently some of the sellers cancelled my orders without giving any proper reason. Even one of the sellers called me to wrongly make me admit if I cancelled my order when it was not the case. Daraz should bound such sellers to mark their items as unavailable if they don't have the item.
