3 stars: Like the old OLG Lotter app for this reason, when it got opened you were one click away from scanning. Now it's harder to find, might be confusing for some, and it's a 2 click to scan now, and another click to scan an additional ticket. Umm, don't like the double clicking and the additional clicking for additional tickets. All I want is a ticket scanner, that's it! The rest is bloat ware in my opinion
3 stars: App is confusing and somewhat difficult to understand. Not user friendly especially to seniors or those who are not very tech savvy. It took many tries to buy a lottery ticket. It doesn't explain clearly and simply about how to set withdraw limits. It also shows an amount on top beside user's name but that amount doesn't seem to be fully available to purchase tickets. So why is it there and what do you do with it?? Very confusing.
4 stars: Able to scan tickets most of the time. Sometimes it glitches out and doesnt want to so I try to scan later. I only use it to check tickets, Nothing more.
3 stars: There's alot of issues of being kicked off while you play ..... always stating it can't find your location so they kick u out or log you out during plays .... gets frustrating when it happens often

5 stars: Changing my review to a 5 star It has been working so much better, now I can scan my tickets no problem. I hold my cell back abit and it scans my ticket with no problems at all. Thanks OLG
