4 stars: Good overall. It has multiple modes but the main one is the taxi service. It was great before as it gave the biggest bang for your buck. However, recently the prices have increased noticeably and just the same or higher compared to the competitors. Also, since the map data is based on Yandex Maps, searching for a lot of destinations and addresses don't work well. The app itself is good altogether.
4 stars: While the app is mostly good, it is extremely inaccurate when it comes to ETA of the ordered taxi. Most of the times it will say 2-5min and I rarely wait less than 10min. I often find myself cancelling orders and finding another taxi service, which is a great inconvinience for both me and the drivers. If it is not fixed I will likely cease using Yandex whenever in a hurry.
5 stars: excellent , would recommend whoever goes vocation to Serbia,easy navigation and location is also taking automatically
3 stars: The policy of cancellation fee is too one-sided. You can cancel free of charge for let's say 5 minutes, but if you have waited too much longer than expected arrival time, and there is still no hope for driver to arrive anytime soon, you can't cancell free of charge
5 stars: Fantastic programme that helps you to get to your destination easily with least fare
4 stars: This app is really good and finds taxis really quickly, but the economy drivers should be a bit careful, otherwise this app is better than uber especially for prices
