4 stars: notifications are delayed, sometimes, it just dings but never shows the chat head or any notification. this is hella frustrating because then i'd have to stop whatever i'm doing and open the Messenger app. this happens often. then after i open the chat head manually, it would open automatically like it should have minutes ago. hella frustrating.
3 stars: Latest update: Returning the chat head is a good move. It is better then the bubbles. Good job! Thanks. 》 》 》 》 》 》 New update is very bad. Chat head is already better why change it to bubbles? It's very disappointing. When on data mode and you chick a photo or video it don't load, it lags. And keyboard is annoying as it takes time to load. Has problem with chat box when in bubbles as well.
4 stars: Edit: Chat heads are back and I'm satisfied. Go back to chat heads, the bubbles are terrible. I can't change the starting position of the bubbles so when i get a message it appears at the top end of the phone. I can move it but it resets every time i remove the bubble. The bubble should also disappear if i open the messenger app but it doesn't and will not recognize that I've already read the message.
