3 stars: Some professionals are kind , knowledgeable and efficient, while the rest are untrained and dishonest. Yes, urbanclap lets you select the professional you liked if he or she worked at your place before, but you can not choose them for the first time. Their cancellation policy is bad. They also add covid tax which I don't know how long they will continue.
3 stars: I am using UC from past 3 years but first time I faced such type of problem that after booking, i received a call regarding rescheduling my booking by UC and when I agreed for it then 2 times cancellation raised by UC with the 2 different reasons. Finally I didn't receive any update, any message from UC nor UC was able to get completed my request for that service.
4 stars: Very bad experience. No contact number to talk to for any problem. But now satisfied as after this review we were contacted and needful done promptly. But I will still suggest there should be some contact given in the app where we can contact during service. Why wait for such review and then resolve???
