4 stars: Though it's good according to price and app interface, but any indriver cab driver doesnt switch on AC even when its sizzling hot. Now i don't know whether that's instruction from company or what. but this where the quality decreases as compared to other companies.
5 stars: Excellent! And hope to update the mape to be compatible with Google Maps place's names. That's all! Because when writer the address destination in Arabic or English, the names wasn't the same in Google Maps. But the Ride was Excellent today.
5 stars: Before i used grab car but very expensived. But inDriver seem more cheaper price than usual. I do not trying yet. Maybe will use it for my future convenience.
3 stars: So far it's great app. I think the only issue that need to be fixed is for Clients collection distance. Maybe allow drivers to set the distance as they prefer. In that way they will receive ride requests within the radius they set only. 1 km, 2km or more.
4 stars: It was good until this week, 1 day the app cancele my request to the driver but not to me, today the driver canceled my request at minutos before to my address, I request another one and was worse, I canceled because The app send my driver to another address; 2 person has the same driver but the driver has one address but wasn't my 😡
