5 stars: Incredible app, easy to navigate, its affordable and safe... Sounds very cliche of me to say all these things but this transportation app is safer and more convenient than half of the facilities being offered. THANK YOU GUYS
3 stars: Had good trips but sometimes weird. The app itself is working but not very well. I clicked on the driver's profile and it just cancelled the trip for me. Other times the driver's too far like 10min away from me.
3 stars: Intermittent service picking up location and identifying addresses. Ok when it works and was great in Melbourne. Terrible over the past 4 months in Sydney.
5 stars: Just excellent. Price are nigh impossible to beat, generally very small wait times and excellent customer service. 5/5 well deserved IMO

5 stars: Honestly I have never had an issue with this app. It's straight forward and very accurate for the driver to find me. Very affordable and reliable. The cars and drivers always match. I would say add more services like bigger rides, more options and also this app needs more drivers cause it's great Thank you DiDi
