3 stars: Outlook is a great email app as it let's you combine gmail accounts also. The downside is that it is all too easy to lose track of where emails are located and it is difficult to create new folders in order to file all emails from each sender into one folder. Security settings cannot be applied to my account either, although I can decide to preview emails without opening them.
4 stars: Good smooth, usable app with great functionality. My frustration is the storage and access to my email folders on the server. Why can't an individual folder be accessed by routing through a main folder, then drilling down through the sub folders. If I try to access a folder at present I have to search the entire list. Very, very frustrating. CB.
4 stars: Very good app. However I'd like to be able to use mobile Outlook calendar and mail in parallel. Many hidden options, most likely whatever you need will be there. For instance individual mobile signatures for each account.
5 stars: Outlook gives a great email and calendar experience without hassle. It works perfectly and the user interface is very beautiful and easy to navigate. One of the upsides is being able to use multiple email addresses in the app. Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for an app to sync emails and calendar events between devices.
