3 stars: I really like this app and all of it's functions. The reason why I can only give it 3 stars is because it freezes up every five to ten minutes and I have to restart the app. After the fourth freeze I usually give up. The maps are particularly bad as I'll try to zoom out to better see what's around a house and 2 out of 3 times the map turns white and the app stops responding until I restart it.
4 stars: Easy to maneuver thru. Easy to use and learn its ins and outs. Most importantly Very rarely breaks down, freezes up, etc, and functions as an excellent research tool.
5 stars: Like the filters available especially looking at street views cause it's not just about a house, I like to check out what the neighborhood is like--you may be looking at the nicest house on the street that's been spiffed up for pictures for it's listing. I'm currently not looking for a house but looking at current listings gives me info about other areas near where I live just in case we'd downsize some in the future
4 stars: I love this app but I set filters of price range, square feet, pool etc and I get notifications of homes way out of my price range or not enough square footage etc. What good are your filters if they don't work?
4 stars: Missing some of the functionalities of the website (for example, the different home value estimates). Can be slow/glitchy sometimes. Have to restart the app a lot to see pictures. Sometimes the wrong picture is on a thumbnail for the house
