3 stars: I rated this app 5 stars before, satisfying experience with past transactions. But due to latest experience with live chat, have to deduct 2 stars. The bot is so stupid that you feel like ripping your own hair, and then when you get to chat live with the so called human later, they didn't really differ from the bot.
4 stars: Wish they had a english option for the app instead of bahasa. Also in the update i lost my heart icon and my bell icon so quick check on my orders. I liked the ability to see progress from waiting for shop to confirm to accepted to delivery to approval but now its gone so sad.
5 stars: I ever did transsaction buying some items but seller did not serve all the items that i have ordered. Then i did complain, so the seller refund my charge. BUT they refund uncompletly full of the item price. I just saw the notice but i neglected how much it. Finally i got refund unsuitable refund price. Atually i should get 70.000 rupiah but i only get 29.000 rupiah. I can not complain anymore. I am not satisfied right now
3 stars: On going transaction bell sign is missing on last update. I can't track the status easily and have to go to hamburger menu to see it. An additional steps to get what we want.
