3 stars: Good apps to book an appointment. But need more enhancement in terms of money return. They said we can use back the money from the appointment that we cancelled before for next appointment. But end up we need to pay another deposit to book because the money refund will take times to get back.
5 stars: Nice apps, easy to use, user friendly. Succesfully book for b5 (appointment made on 6.9.2020, n got slot at 9am on 7.9.2020) this system made it easier since the mco period. 1st come to book, 1st come to serve at the puspakom office
3 stars: Since apps cuma provide payment option hanya untuk Credit Card sahaja, maka aku pun booking by website je. Lagi mudah. 5 minit je settle dah, payment option pun lebih banyak: Credit Card/ Debit Card/ FPX Online Banking. Apps ni perlu penambahbaikan di bahagian payment option baru boleh bagi rating 5 star 😀
