3 stars: YouTube is entertaining, exciting, and calming. I love arriving home and exploring the video sharing part of the internet, I'm happy I had the opportunity to watch YouTube. I would rate Youtube five stars but it's deteriorated in quality over the years, the main problem is notifications not functioning how they should and longer and unskippable advertisements. If Youtube improves on those two problems, I'll consider giving five stars.
5 stars: YouTube is the best platform to simultaneously learn and be entertained. It is a judicious use of your time. Even my 60 year old father loves YouTube for the way it enhances his knowledge while at the same time he can go back in time to see movies and listen to the music of his time often not available in an integrated manner on other platforms. We all love the experience. Way to go YouTube!
4 stars: Pretty good app, I use it to record and post videos, but there are lots of ads that are inappropriate in my recommended screen even though I don't even click on them. To get a five star rating from me, Youtube needs to fix the way ads are. (Time, frequency, relevance, etc)

4 stars: Youtube is a great platform for watching/making videos. It's great except for one problem. If I watch a video in my subscriptions, it shows up later that there's a new video, but it's actually the same one I had watched earlier. It could be that it's just my phone, but it's still pretty new (2020).
