3 stars: It is OK now but didn't record the £94 I spent on my first shopping trip. I couldn't activate vouchers for first shopping trip so missed out on the £5 saving when spending over £25. I was told by staff to complain to customer services who sent me a 10% off voucher and advised me to reinstall app. I still struggled to activate vouchers. I'm not sure it is worth the agro.
5 stars: Good app to have when shopping there. Always a deal on for something but apart that been saving loads as our monthly shop comes to more than needed to get a total of £12 off our next shopping trip there. You have your receipts in the app which can be handy and every time you shop you kinda get a chance to get an extra coupon to save on stuff.
3 stars: Always gives me coupon for an item of food I would never entertain eating. Usually processed or frozen. Just a few pennies off a bunch of bananas would be better. Encourage customers with healthy eating vouchers would be even better. Junk food shouldn't have vouchers only fresh to prevent the shop from throwing good fruit n veg in the bins.
4 stars: Too fast and easy to use. Please allow me to use dark mode!! The coupons must be activated automatically and not via app (I already use it on my checkout, why also make me open it for that?). Also, please allow me to use only that and not print also the receipt when I scan my qr code! It will save so much paper (I'm talking for Greece by the way, I don't know if it's legal).
